Our ‘Sport Stars’ courses are for the kids that truly love sport, it has everything! The children will play between four and five different sports a day and it is the variety of sports that make it such a hit.

There are a number of Sports that the children will play; Athletics, Badminton, Basketball, Benchball, Boccia, Cricket, Dodgeball, Handball, mini-tennis, Pop-Lacrosse, rounders, Table-Tennis, Tag-rugby, Tri-golf, Uni-hoc and rounders plus loads of fun games.

Upon arrival the children will start the day with warm-up games/getting-to-know-each-other games. Once everyone has arrived the children will then be split into groups depending on their age and ability, as best as we can, and the sessions will be delivered to reflect the different age/ability groups.

All of the sessions are led by fully qualified and experienced Sports Coaches, who work in Nurseries and Primary Schools on a daily basis. The sessions are specifically designed to create an environment for the children to thrive and develop at their own pace and above all else; to have fun!

The day itself is set up like a school day, with a mid-morning and mid-afternoon break and lunch. You will need to provide their own packed lunch, preferably a healthy one! We don’t allow fizzy drinks/energy drinks and the staff can re-fill water bottles if needed. We aim to deliver most of the sessions outdoors, depending on the weather, so please provide suitable clothing and sun cream/hats if needed.

We also have another surprise for the children…..at some point during the week the children will have a couple of sessions on our ‘Ultimate Inflatable’, which is a 30ft inflatable obstacle course!

On the last day of the week, the children will take part in a ‘Mini-Olympics’, where they will showcase the skills that they have learnt and compete against each other. Everyone will receive a certificate to recognise their achievements and a chosen few who have shown outstanding sporting ability and sportsmanship will receive their own ‘Sportsperson of the Week’ trophy.
